EventCrew is a trading name of Sheheryar Khalid. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean the operator named here.
EventCrew introduces people organising events to businesses that supply services for them. We are not a party to any agreement you make with each other, we do not supply any of the services listed, and we do not handle payment between you.
You must be 18 or over. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
Everything you publish must be accurate and yours to publish, including prices, capacities, licences and photographs. We check new listings and briefs before they go live, and we may edit, refuse or remove anything misleading or unlawful, and suspend accounts that repeatedly post it.
Use enquiries for genuine questions about an event. Do not use them to advertise, or to contact people about anything other than the listing or brief you are writing about.
Only someone who has sent a supplier an enquiry through EventCrew can review them, once. A review must describe your own genuine experience. We check reviews before publishing them and remove any that are not genuine. Suppliers cannot review themselves, and we do not accept payment or any other incentive for reviews.
Where a listing shows a verified badge, we have checked the business’s documents at the time we checked them. It is not a guarantee of quality and does not replace your own checks.
Listing a business, posting briefs, enquiring and replying are free, and we take no commission. If we introduce paid plans, their terms will be set out before anyone is asked to pay.
Disputes about the work itself are between the organiser and the supplier. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
