What EventCrew is

EventCrew is an introduction platform. We connect people organising events with businesses supplying services to them. We are not a party to any contract you go on to agree, we do not supply any of the services listed, and we do not handle payment between you.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Listings and briefs

Everything you publish must be accurate and yours to publish. That includes prices, capacities, capabilities, licences and photographs. We remove listings we find to be misleading, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly post them.

Verification

A verification badge means we have checked company registration, public liability insurance and any licences the category requires at the point of checking. It is not a warranty of quality, and it does not remove your own responsibility to carry out due diligence.

Membership and payment

Organiser accounts are free. Supplier memberships are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard, with access continuing until the end of the paid period. We take no commission on work agreed through the platform.

Liability

Because we are an introduction platform, disputes about the work itself are between you and the other party. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will say so by email before it takes effect.
