How it works

Six steps, from either side of the job.

EventCrew is a two-sided marketplace, so every step means something slightly different depending on whether you are hiring a team or trying to get onto one.

See open briefs
  1. 01

    Discover events

    If you are organising

Post a brief with the date, budget, guest count and the roles you need. It takes about four minutes and costs nothing.

    If you are supplying

Browse open briefs with the budget stated. No paywall, no “contact for details”, no bidding on a job you cannot afford to take.

  2. 02

    Find vendors

    If you are organising

Search by service and city, narrow by radius, price and who is genuinely free on your date.

    If you are supplying

Filter briefs by the role you fill, how far you will travel and how much competition is already on it.

  3. 03

    Shortlist your team

    If you are organising

Save suppliers as you go. They sort themselves into the role each one fills, so the gaps in your team stay visible.

    If you are supplying

See which roles a brief still needs, and save the ones worth coming back to.

  4. 04

    Send an enquiry

    If you are organising

Send an enquiry from any profile with your date and guest numbers already attached.

    If you are supplying

Reply to a brief with your availability and price against its actual requirements.

  5. 05

    Connect

    If you are organising

Every enquiry you send is logged on your dashboard, so you can see who has come back and who has not.

    If you are supplying

Replies land in your inbox with the brief attached, so the detail is still there in nine months.

  6. 06

    Win the booking

    If you are organising

Confirm the team, hold the dates, agree the deposit schedule. The crew you assembled is the crew on site.

    If you are supplying

Terms agreed and the date held in your calendar. We take no commission on what you invoice.

No scores. Just the filters that actually decide it.

A number between one and a hundred tells you nothing you can act on. So EventCrew narrows on the six things that genuinely rule a supplier in or out, and shows you the list that survives.

Open a brief and each role links straight to that list, with the filters already set from the brief itself.

Try the filters
  • ServiceWhich of the ten roles they cover — and whether one supplier could take two of them.
  • AvailabilityWhether the date is already committed in their diary.
  • DistanceA radius from your city, so you are not paying for travel and a hotel.
  • PriceA ceiling on their starting rate, because a quote you cannot afford wastes both sides.
  • VerificationCompany registration, insurance and the licences the category requires.
  • RatingWhat previous clients said, weighted by how many events they have delivered.
