What we collect
The details you give us when you create an account or publish a listing or a brief, the messages you send through the platform, and basic usage data about how the site is used.
What stays on your device
Saved briefs, saved suppliers and the team you are assembling are stored in your browser, not on our servers, until you sign in. Clear your browser data and they go with it.
Why we hold it
To run the marketplace: showing your listing to the right organisers, showing briefs to the right suppliers, delivering messages, and billing memberships. We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass it to advertisers.
Who else sees it
Suppliers see the briefs you post and the messages you send them. Organisers see supplier profiles and messages. Our payment and email providers process data on our instructions only.
How long we keep it
Account data for as long as the account is open, and for six years afterwards where we are required to keep billing records. Messages attached to a brief are kept for two years after the event date, because disputes about events surface late.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond within one month.
