Questions we get asked

Does EventCrew take a commission?
No. What you agree with an organiser is what you invoice, and we are not in the payment path.
Is it free for organisers?
Yes. Posting briefs, searching suppliers, shortlisting a team and sending enquiries cost nothing, with no limit on how many briefs you post.
How long does review take?
New listings and briefs are checked by a person before they go live, usually within a working day. You get an email when yours is up.
Can I leave?
At any time. Delete your account from your dashboard and your listing, briefs, photos and reviews go with it.
