Our client is announcing a Series B and wants an evening that reads as confident rather than corporate. Doors at 7, a short keynote at 8:15, then a party until 1am.
The venue is a raw warehouse space with no in-house kitchen, no PA and no fixed lighting, so everything is coming in. There is a goods lift and three-phase power.
We are the production agency. You would be working to our schedule and reporting to our on-site producer, not the end client.
